Option B Saw this in the official guide and a practice test, "Mindset and principles" is a core dimension they focus on.
C/D? I keep seeing emotional intelligence pop up as a distractor when it's not a core dimension, but "support organizational change" feels tricky too. Still, mindset and principles is the main one in SAFe docs if I remember right. Anyone spot a recent exam where C was correct?
C tbh, I remembered "support organizational change" being part of Lean-Agile leadership too, since leaders have to help drive transformation. Maybe I'm mixing up characteristics and dimensions though. Not 100% on this one.
B Mindset and principles is the true Lean-Agile leadership dimension here. A and D can be characteristics, but they're not listed as main dimensions in SAFe docs. Pretty sure that's what they're looking for, correct me if I'm missing something.
