Q: 19
A sales rep wants to be able to categorize multiple picklist values into a single value on a report.
Which option should a Platform Administrator suggest to the sales rep to accomplish this?

Option A. Saw a similar question in some exam reports and bucket columns is what Salesforce wants here.
Nah, I don't think B or C would help here. A bucket column (A) is made for grouping multiple picklist values together just in a report-super handy, and you don’t need to touch the source data. Unique Count just tells you how many distinct values, and Report Filter only filters. Pretty sure A is right based on what Salesforce expects, but open to counterpoints if I missed something.
A bucket column lets you group several picklist values into a single category just for the report, so A is what I'd suggest here. It doesn't change your data but makes reporting way easier. Pretty sure that's what they're looking for, unless I'm missing some edge case.
Not B here, Unique Count just gives you distinct values, doesn't group them like A does.
Chart (D) would just visualize the data but it doesn't let you combine picklist values into a new group. Bucket Column (A) is the only one for actual categorizing, I think. Correct me if there's some obscure use case.
A unless they're talking about something like grouping in a chart, but that's not really the same.
Probably A. Buckets let you group picklist values right in the report without changing the actual field data. Report Filter (C) just restricts what shows, doesn’t combine values. Pretty sure it’s A but open if I missed something.
A or maybe C, kinda stuck. I think A is right since bucket column lets you group picklist values together in a report without messing with the data. Can someone confirm this?
