Q: 14
The Universal Containers sales team wants a visual way to manage their opportunity pipeline that
allows them to see all deals at once, track progress through sales stages, and quickly move
opportunities forward. Which feature should a Platform Administrator recommend to meet these
requirements?

Kanban totally fits here because it's both visual and lets you drag opportunities across stages in real time. Reports or dashboards just show the data, they don't let you actually move deals ahead in the process. I remember similar wording coming up before so pretty confident on this one, but open to other thoughts if I missed something.
- Kanban view = pipeline visibility + drag-and-drop progress updates
Kanban view with card fields and drag-and-drop matches what they're asking for: you see opportunities by stage and can update progress just by moving cards. Pretty sure they test this on the cert too. Anyone disagree?
Kanban view matches the "see all deals, track stages, move opportunities" part since you get drag-and-drop for quick updates. But if the org disables Kanban for some objects, dashboard or report might end up being a fallback. I still think Kanban is what they want here-open to pushback.
I went with B, thinking a dashboard would give enough visual summary for the sales team to track all deals at once.
Honestly I was thinking B, since dashboards give a nice pipeline chart and metrics. I might be mixing it up though, because the question also says "quickly move opportunities" which isn't really dashboard territory. Anyone else go with B?
Opportunity list view with custom filters and summary fields. Saw something like this in the official guide and practice Qs.
Thinking it's the Kanban view option since you can actually drag opportunities and see everything by stage at once. C here.
Kanban view for opportunities with drag-and-drop seems right. Saw a similar question on practice exams, pretty sure that's what they're looking for.
