Q: 12
Leadership at Cloud Kicks wants to go beyond knowing how long a case has been open for, to
knowing how long a case has sat with different teams. Which tool gives a Platform Administrator the
ability to track the time a case sits and provide relevant reporting?

If anything, D here. Had something like this in a mock, Milestones with Business Hours give clear time tracking per team for cases. The reporting is native and much easier than trying to hack it with flows, unless they want complex automation. Agree?
I was thinking B (Record-Triggered Flows with Business Hours) because you could use flows to stamp timestamps each time ownership changes and calculate durations. That way admins could build a report based on team assignment history. Not 100% sure if it's as native or detailed as D, but it seems doable for tracking time per team. Agree?
All these Salesforce admin questions about reporting get confusing. I don’t think it’s D. B.
B, not D. Record-Triggered Flows let you log timestamps for owner changes so you can report on time per team.
D imo. Official exam guide and practice tests both call out Milestones with Business Hours for tracking case time by team.
Isn't B a bit of a trap here? Milestones are made for this use case, flows can get complicated fast.
Ugh, Salesforce always throws these entitlement questions in. Probably D since Milestones with Business Hours are built exactly for tracking time in each stage or team, reporting included. I think that's what the exam wants here, correct me if I'm off.
Definitely D for this one. Milestones work with Business Hours and let you track exactly how long a case is at a certain stage or with a specific team. Pretty sure that's what's used for this reporting, anyone disagree?
