C/D? Pretty sure most pick D for the UI part, but I've seen C trip people up if they're thinking about automation or AI features. I don't see the AI need here though. Disagree?
D for me. Had something like this in a mock, canvas apps always show up when they want a simple mobile UI to capture data on the spot. Seen this pattern before.
D is the way to go, since canvas apps let you build exactly the sort of simple mobile UI they're asking for. Used this approach before and it definitely fits, because you can customize the fields and layout easily. Pretty confident here, but open if anyone thinks A is valid.
D for sure. Canvas apps are made for quick custom mobile forms like this, pretty sure that's what Microsoft wants here.
