Q: 10
A carpet cleaning company uses Dynamics 365 Sales.
The process for entering customer information during onsite sales calls is very complicated. The
company
wants a simplified screen that allows salespeople to capture the customer name, phone number, and
other
information while speaking to the customer.
You need to recommend a solution that works on various types of mobile devices.
What should you recommend?

Makes sense to pick D here. Canvas app is designed for custom mobile data entry and works well across devices. Not seeing how the others (like A or B) would actually solve the UI problem directly.
Option D
C or D? I feel like Canvas app but not totally sure. Need confirmation, anyone else pick D on practice tests?
D , canvas app is the way to go for a fully custom and simple UI across all devices. You get more control than with standard Dynamics forms. That's how I'd tackle this, unless I'm missing something?
If it's just a matter of the backend, I'd pick A. Canvas app seems more for heavy UI changes.
I don't think it's C here. AI Builder (option C) is for adding intelligence, not building custom forms. Canvas app (D) actually lets you design the simple, mobile-friendly screens needed. Unless I'm missing a nuance in the scenario?
C/D? I've seen similar in practice dumps and it always points to D (Canvas app) for mobile custom UI, but C (AI Builder) sometimes pops up if automation is needed. Not sure since scenario isn't super clear here.
D is right here. Canvas apps let you build exactly the data entry interface you want, so sales reps don’t get bogged down by extra fields or complexity. It’s way easier to use on phones or tablets than tweaking the whole Dynamics mobile UI, and it can pull/push data straight from Dataverse. Pretty sure this matches the scenario best but correct me if I’m missing a catch in the wording.
Why D and not just customize the standard Dynamics mobile forms? CDS (A) is tempting, but it’s just the backend, right?
C or D. C feels off but not totally sure, D makes sense for custom mobile UI.
