Power Automate for agents, Power BI for management. Agents usually want to streamline repetitive tasks so Automate fits, but I see why some pick Power Apps. If automation is the main thing, Automate works better here I think. Open to other takes if someone disagrees.
For agents, I'd actually say Power Apps, since they sometimes need to input data quickly or interact with custom forms. Power BI for management makes sense though. Feels like a common trap flipping Automate and Apps for the frontline roles.
