A is wrong, it's A and C. Power BI gives you all the drill-through reporting and flexible dashboards needed for insight. Power Apps is great for customizing data entry and managing opportunities on any device, so it checks the mobile/desktop access box. I've seen similar exam questions focus on these two tools. If anyone thinks D or B fit better, let me know, but I think this lines up best with what's tested.

Discussion
Pretty sure A and C. Power BI for visualization, Power Apps to collect and manage the opportunity data.
A. C tbh. Power BI does the reporting and Power Apps covers the data entry side.
A and C make sense here. Power BI handles all the visualization, charts, and drill-through stuff. Power Apps is good for tracking the data on both mobile and desktop. Not totally sure C covers all the charting, but in a model-driven app you can get pretty far. Anyone picked B or D for this?
