Pretty sure it's C for this situation. I figure escalating to the Change Control Board makes sense if the project scope is impacted by the PM's time split. Not 100% though, since PMO helps with resource stuff too. Anyone else see it differently?
I don't think it's B. Quality plan is about how quality will be managed, but "success criteria" means what the product must achieve, and that's covered by the project scope (A). I've seen similar questions on practice exams where B is a common trap.

Had something like this in a mock, pretty sure it's A. RFP is for when you want vendors to propose solutions, not just pricing or basic info. If the specs were totally fixed, then maybe B, but I think A fits better here. Agree?
Feels like it's B. When something's missing from the RACI matrix, nobody is clear on who owns what. I remember seeing a similar issue pop up in practice sets.
B makes sense to me, since velocity charts track how much work is completed each iteration. In agile, teams often use velocity to gauge progress, right? Not totally sure though if that's what the sponsor wants visually.
