B makes sense to me, since velocity charts track how much work is completed each iteration. In agile, teams often use velocity to gauge progress, right? Not totally sure though if that's what the sponsor wants visually.
D imo, burndown charts are meant for tracking progress in agile projects visually. Milestone charts could trick you but they're more waterfall. Pretty sure D is the best fit here, unless someone sees it differently.
