Pretty sure it's C, self-organized team fits Scrum from what I remember. Agree?
C , self-organized teams are a big part of Scrum methodology. The team decides how to get work done within each sprint instead of being micromanaged. Saw a similar question in an exam report and C was the consensus. Pretty sure that’s what CompTIA is looking for here, but open to other takes.
D here. Each sprint in Scrum is supposed to have a well-defined scope, that was drilled into me during review. Could be wrong but that's what sticks out.
Its D for me. Scrum sprints should have a well-defined scope each time, so that seems like the typical feature. I might be missing something, but that's how I remember it from my study guide.
Its D, well-defined scope. I saw a similar question in a practice set and picked that because Scrum projects usually have clear deliverables for each sprint, right? Not 100% sure here.
