While managing a project, a PM is assigned to work on a second project. The second project
becomes more complex and monopolizes the PM's time. The PM learns that a similarly time-
consuming project was executed previously in the organization. Which of the following actions
should the PM take?

Official study guide and practice test both mention D.
Feeling a bit lost on this one, but I think it's D. Can someone confirm if the PMO is usually the right call here?
Probably D for this situation.
D imo
Nah, I don't think it's C since CCB is for scope changes. D fits better for resource conflicts like this.
C tbh, I remember a similar scenario from practice questions where escalating complex issues went to the CCB. Time management usually isn't scope, but it felt relevant when projects clash. Not 100 percent sure though, could be D too.
Pretty sure it's C for this situation. I figure escalating to the Change Control Board makes sense if the project scope is impacted by the PM's time split. Not 100% though, since PMO helps with resource stuff too. Anyone else see it differently?
