Option C
Option C but if D had one extra day on E it would flip to D as the critical path.
C not D-critical path is about longest duration with no slack, so D is a trap if you miss that.
A is wrong, C. Just picking the one with the longest duration, not totally sure but that's what I’d go with.
C saw a similar one in exam reports and it matched the critical path logic.
D tbh, since if any of the tasks on that path (A-B-E-G-J) are delayed, it looks like the whole project is held up. Unless I'm missing a float somewhere in E or G, seems critical to me. Open to correction if someone parsed the diagram differently.
C vs D, but I think C is right if you go by the longest duration path (that’s usually how critical path works in Project+). Official guide has good practice for these diagrams if you want to check.
Its C
D imo, since if any task along the A-B-E-G-J path takes longer, it can actually become critical. Not totally convinced though.
I think C could be right since it goes through the longest path (A-B-D-G-J). I checked a similar sample in the official guide, but still not 100% sure without seeing task durations. Anyone see different logic?
