A. "Account" is an imprecise term for "Accountable," and "Confirm" is incorrect; the proper term is "Consulted" to denote seeking input, not just confirmation.

C. "Roles" is a general category, not a specific function within the matrix, and "Confirm" is incorrect. The acronym begins with "Responsible."

D. "Roles" and "Action" are not standard terms within the RACI framework. The correct terms are "Responsible" and "Accountable."
