Had something like this in a mock. The Portfolio Charter mainly highlights high-level scope, timelines, justification, and what success looks like. So B fits best based on PMI standards.
Not sure it's B. C is a bit of a trap since PMI expects high-level details only, not everything exhaustive. Based on PMI guidance, B makes more sense.
For "best" contents, is the focus on standard PMI practice or a specific organization's template? That would actually change my pick here.
