Why do folks keep picking C? The trap here is thinking portfolio = value delivery, but actual business value is realized at the operational level after handoff, not in the project or portfolio phase.
C tbh, since portfolio management aligns work to strategy and value feels like it's delivered there.
D or C? Not totally sure here. I think it's D because business value is usually realized during operations, not directly by finishing the project or portfolio. Anybody else got confirmation from exam reports?
