Q: 15
Communication is one of the largest activities that the portfolio manager does along the portfolio
lifecycle. As an experienced portfolio manager, you know that communication and information needs
vary between portfolios, programs and projects. How do you define the difference in those three
levels of Project Management?

B or C, but going with B here. At the project level, you have lots of specific stakeholders and technical details to communicate, making those communications more diversified in content and recipients. I saw a similar question on a practice exam and it matched B. Anyone disagree?
A isn’t it, B makes more sense. Projects usually have a ton of unique stakeholders and detailed status updates, so their communication ends up way more diversified. Pretty sure about B based on portfolio vs project comms.
