A or D? I thought programs or even specific projects can optimize a lot of business value if they're aligned. Not fully sure how portfolio fits here. Anyone else get stuck on this?
Probably B, portfolio is where value is optimized overall. Program and project can deliver value but portfolio aligns everything at the highest level. Some get tripped up thinking projects are direct.
C or D? Both operational and project activities seem like they could drive business value directly, especially if projects are well aligned.
