Q: 10
Along your portfolio lifecycle, you have been conducting multiple review meetings to ensure
continuation from one phase to another and to ensure the alignment and value delivery, in addition
to communicating decisions and valuable information to the related stakeholders. Changes to the
approach of portfolio governance may be a result of review meetings. Which of the following options
include updates to the governance model?

I wouldn't go with B or C here. Updates to the governance model are formally captured in the Portfolio Management Plan, so A is correct. Portfolio Process Assets (B) might change, but that's not where governance model updates are documented. Agree?
Option C
Why would Portfolio Process Assets (B) not cover governance updates? Always thought process assets include things like updated governance models, not just the plan.
I don't think it's A. B.
A
Why would B be right over A? Portfolio Management Plan usually covers governance structure changes directly, doesn't it?
B makes sense to me too. Portfolio Process Assets usually get tweaked after a governance change, right? Not totally sure though, A also looks pretty close here.
I don’t think it’s C, that’s more about reporting status. I’d go with B here since process assets often get updated after governance changes, at least in similar exam questions. Might be missing something but A seems a bit too broad. Agree?
