Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface Capability with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management, Social Media Management (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management. Seen this sequence in both the official guide and practice sets, follows the standard marketing lifecycle. If anyone saw another order in exam reports let me know, but pretty sure this is it.
Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface Capability with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management, Social Media (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management. This ordering follows a pretty clear sales funnel: you build awareness first, nurture and qualify leads, then drive conversions with recommendations, and finally work on retention through loyalty. I've seen some folks put Loyalty earlier but that'd break the typical progression. Still, if the question context was more about retention up front it might be different. Thoughts?
Marketing Campaign Mgmt, Social Media Mgmt → Account Based Marketing, Lead Mgmt, CRM → Recommendation Mgmt (with social) → Loyalty Mgmt. That's usually how the business capabilities build on each other from awareness to retention. Pretty sure that's the standard sequence unless the question prioritizes retention earlier. Open to correction if anyone interprets it differently.
Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, SAP CRM interface → Recommendation Management, Social Media (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management
Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management, Social Media Management (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management. Saw a similar sequence in official practice tests. Follows the typical funnel order.
Had something like this in a mock. Order goes: Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management then Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface Capability with SAP CRM, followed by Recommendation Management, Social Media Management (for recommendation), and finally Loyalty Management.
Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface Capability with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management, Social Media Management (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management. This matches the lifecycle: awareness, lead gen, conversion, then retention. Pretty sure that's what they're looking for but open if someone thinks Recommendation belongs earlier.
Marketing Campaign Mgmt, Social Media Mgmt → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, SAP CRM → Recommendation Management with Social Media → Loyalty Management. Loyalty shouldn't go up front, that's a common trap here.
Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management with Social Media → Loyalty Management. That's the usual lifecycle: awareness, nurture, conversion, then retention. Most SAP docs and training show this order. If anyone's seen it different in live exams I'd be surprised, but I think this one's right.
Not seeing why Loyalty would go up front, that's for retention at the end. The flow should be: Marketing Campaign Management, Social Media Management → Account Based Marketing, Lead Management, Interface Capability with SAP CRM → Recommendation Management, Social Media Management (for recommendation) → Loyalty Management. Some might swap the last two, but that's a common trap.
