I was thinking D since the Architecture Definition Document details the architectures and their requirements, which sounds like it should maintain adherence to standards. I think that's what TOGAF expects? Let me know if I'm off here.
I think B is a solid pick here. Communication Plan and risk management both get mentioned in TOGAF guides, and official practice tests sometimes focus on those process areas. That said, the risk docs step isn't as clear, so maybe it's not spot on. If you’ve got the official guide handy, worth double-checking!
Option C is the fit here. D is tempting since operating model sounds 'big picture', but agile talk about product boundaries and constraints usually means backlog. Pretty sure C, but if I missed a subtlety let me know.
Is it possible the question is intentionally steering us away from D by focusing on product boundaries and constraints? Operating model usually covers organization-wide processes, not agile product-level details. Feels like C fits better in agile context, but curious if anyone has a perspective for picking D here.
What are the items labelled A, B and C?Option A fits since TOGAF uses "enterprise" for all those scopes, not just normal organizations. The standard treats divisions, agencies, and even business consortia as types of enterprises under its architecture lens. C is tempting but doesn't capture the broader scope that TOGAF defines. Pretty sure it's A, but open to discussion if someone's read a newer version.
If they asked for "organization" instead of according to TOGAF, would C be valid? Seems like context matters here.
Had something like this in a mock and picked C, since TOGAF ADM usually expects phases to be run one after another, not all at once. Gantt charts in these contexts are used to show the sequence and dependencies of each phase. Unless the chart had clear overlaps (which would push toward D), I'm pretty sure it's C. Disagree?
D fits here since Implementation Governance is all about making sure the project lines up with the architecture during rollout. I saw a similar question in another set and it was definitely about oversight, not just change management. Pretty sure this is the right pick but ok if someone disagrees.
Which phase does each objective match? If we're matching objectives to the actual ADM phases, shouldn't both Data and Application land in Phase C per TOGAF? That'd rule out D and C for me. Did anyone else read the question as asking for phase sequence not mapping?
