In which phase of the ADM cycle do building blocks become implementation-specific?

Option D, since Phase E is where the architecture gets linked to actual solutions and products. The official guide covers this ADM step pretty clearly. Pretty sure that's what the exam expects-see the TOGAF docs if you want extra confirmation.
D . In Phase E (Opportunities and Solutions), that's when you actually map building blocks to real-world products and technologies. Earlier phases keep things abstract or logical, but Phase E is where specifics get nailed down. Pretty sure about this, unless I'm mixing up the ADM flow.
C imo, had something like this in a mock and picked C for Data/App phase specifics.
C tbh, since Phase C gets into Data and Application specifics, thought that’s when building blocks move closer to implementation. Could be missing a detail on how abstract they stay here though. Disagree if you’ve got proof.
Its D here since Phase E is where building blocks get mapped to actual products and solutions, not just conceptual ideas. Earlier phases (like C) are still more about logical design. Pretty sure that's what the TOGAF standard expects, but correct me if I'm off.
C here, since Phase C focuses on Data and Applications where things often get more concrete, at least from my understanding.
I get why folks say C since Phase C dives deep into Data and Applications, but unless we're talking about reference models, building blocks only get truly tied to real solutions in D (Opportunities and Solutions). Not 100% certain, anyone see a counter in actual TOGAF text?
Maybe C, since I remember seeing something about building blocks becoming more detailed in Phase C (Data/Application Architecture) on some exam reports.
C
