Criteria based on transaction values (e.g., balance) or meta data like the account-creation date are not offered. Therefore, Department and Name of Account are the valid criteria.

A. Date of Account Created – Not available among the section-criteria fields in the Financial Statement Layout editor.

C. Account Balance – NetSuite filters sections only by static account attributes, not by dynamic balances.
