Firewall blocks traffic, Threat Intelligence Cloud does the analysis, Advanced Endpoint Protection handles files and processes. Confident but open to other takes.
Not seeing it the same way, I think:
Next-Generation Firewall → Identifies and inspects all traffic to block known threats, Threat Intelligence Cloud → Gathers, analyzes, correlates, and disseminates threats, Advanced Endpoint Protection → Inspects processes and files to prevent exploits. Some folks might mix up firewall and endpoint since both do inspection.
Seriously, PAN loves to make the options look fancy. It's A and B. DoS protection profiles are made for stopping floods, so Block IP and SYN Cookies fit the bill. C and D are more content filters, not DoS controls. Pretty sure on this but tell me if I'm missing something.
Not so sure, I actually picked C here. File Blocking seemed like a DoS prevention option to me.
Yep, A and B here. File Blocking and URL Filtering (C, D) are more for content, not DoS stuff.
Be respectful. No spam.
