A user created a report in the Intelligent Operations Analysis Dashboard but forgot to download it.
However, after logging back into Prism Central, the administrator finds that the report is no longer
available.

Pretty sure C is right, reports in Prism Central get wiped after 24 hours unless they're scheduled. Don't think Nutanix archives them by default. Someone correct me if I'm off here.
B , I've seen some places say reports could be archived, so I picked that. Not totally sure though since Nutanix docs can be a bit confusing about what gets saved where.

Probably C, B is a trap since Nutanix doesn’t archive these automatically. Saw this in a similar question.
Had something like this in a mock, and C was the answer there too.
