B , not C. The trap here is MAC pinning (C) sounds like it spreads traffic but really just assigns per-VM, so you don’t get aggregate bandwidth like with true active-active. Similar question on practice tests.
Its B. Only Active-Active lets VMs use both adapters at the same time for more bandwidth.
