Option A is the only one that actually automates migration from ESXi to AHV. Nutanix Move is made for this, not just some generic CLI like acli or ncli. These product names are so confusing sometimes.
B , since acli is the Nutanix command-line tool and lets you script a lot, I figured it could handle VM migration tasks as well. Especially if you're into automation via CLI. Open to being corrected if there's something specific about Move I'm missing.

Its A, since Nutanix Move specifically handles automated VM migrations. Just to check, does the question specifically require live migration with zero downtime, or is planned downtime fine? If they asked for scripting or manual options, maybe B would be relevant.
