That feels right, but careful on the screened subnet! The question only gives you one subnet big enough for all those servers (the /24), not the /30. Also for Building A, don't forget to put a laptop, not another workstation, or you'll miss the mobile user requirement. Pretty sure that's all the nitpicky bits.
SSH server instead of Telnet, and don't forget the DNS server in the datacenter. Five workstations plus a laptop for Building A should cover the users, I think. Screened subnet needs both web and FTP servers. Not 100% sure on subnets but that's how I'd fill it out.
