D imo, plus A. Seen similar in practice questions, Teams has the Approvals app and integrates with Power Automate for these kinds of workflows. Excel and Yammer don't really fit here. Pretty sure about this but open to other takes.
Its A and D, these two are the main options for workflows and approvals in 365.
A and D imo, had this exact one in my exam earlier. Power Automate plus Teams is the combo for approvals workflows.
