B and E for me too, since you need to set the LineURI for Direct Routing with the right command (B) and clearing the custom voice routing policy (E) often solves this type of inbound SIP issue. Not seeing ID on outbound fits with missing Direct Routing assignment. If someone got this working another way let me know, but pretty sure it’s B & E.
