The keyboard shortcut Alt + F + T is a sequential key press used to navigate Excel's ribbon interface. Pressing Alt activates the KeyTips for the ribbon tabs. Pressing F then opens the "File" tab (Backstage view). Finally, pressing T selects the "Options" command from the File menu, which opens the "Excel Options" dialog box. This is the standard method for accessing Excel's application-level settings via the keyboard.

Ctrl + Z is the standard shortcut to undo the last action performed in the worksheet. Ctrl + Shift + F opens the "Format Cells" dialog box with the "Font" tab active, used for changing font properties. Ctrl + O is the shortcut to open the "Open" dialog box or Backstage view to browse for and open an existing workbook.
