C imo. This matches what I've seen for resetting user profiles in BC when someone changes departments. Not much more to it here.
B , you need to remove the user's personalization from the profile, then unassign the purchasing profile, then finally reassign any new profiles if needed. I think a lot of people pick C because it sounds like a reset, but that's more for UI customizations, not profile assignments. Let me know if you see it differently.
