Pretty sure it’s: Item - Item Journal, Bank - General Journal, Customer - General Journal. Item balances go via Item Journals, the other two usually get set with General Journals for opening balances. Let me know if anyone got something different.

Is it asking for the fastest way or the most accurate? That would change which import tool I pick.

Item → Item Journal, Bank → General Journal, Customer → General Journal. Had something like this in a mock, that's usually the setup for opening balances in Business Central. Not 100% if Customer could use another tool but this seems right.
