1. Order: When multiple BPFs are available for a single entity (like a Case), the Order (process ranking) determines which BPF is assigned by default to a new record. The BPF with the lowest integer value in the order takes precedence.
2. Step: Each stage in a BPF consists of specific data entry requirements or "Steps." These steps represent the individual actions or data points that the staff must complete or verify before advancing the process to the next stage.
