Has anyone tried just using the standard Related Lists for Loyalty Program Member directly on the Case page? Wondering if adding B gives any extra info compared to just listing the related Loyalty records. Is the View Member Profile component really that much better?

An IT Administrator has received a request from the Customer Service team to enable agents to view
the Loyalty Program Member information on a Case record in Service Cloud.
What steps should the Administrator take to configure this?

B tbh, D looks tempting but View Member Profile is the standard Salesforce way here.
Option B, Had something like this in a mock and B was the right move.
Pretty sure it's D for this one. The question asks about letting agents view Loyalty info on the Case, and adding the View Related Membership action to the Highlights panel should surface that info. Not totally confident though, maybe I'm missing something.
Seriously, Salesforce needs to make this more obvious. B is the right move since the View Member Profile component is designed for exactly this and pulls all the Loyalty info in one place.
B
Its B
Don't think D is right for detailed info, B makes more sense since that component does the full Loyalty profile. D is tempting but just gives a summary, I think that's a classic trap here.
I’d say B, had a similar question in practice exams and View Member Profile is the recommended component. Official Salesforce guide covers this in the Lightning app customization section if you want more detail.
Isn’t there a case where View Member Profile (B) won’t populate unless the Case’s Contact matches a Loyalty Program Member? Just thinking about edge cases with Contacts that aren’t enrolled.
