C/D tbh. I always mix up the IBGP split-horizon with regular EBGP ads. For C, I remembered a question that said EBGP to IBGP doesn't just happen unless configured, but maybe that's a trap option here. Could be wrong, anyone else think D makes sense if route reflectors are default?
C/D? I could see C being a trap since people mix up IBGP and EBGP propagation defaults, but D is tempting if you miss the split-horizon part. I've seen similar practice questions trip folks up here.
A/B is right since default BGP won't re-advertise IBGP to IBGP because of the split-horizon rule. EBGP-learned routes get passed to IBGP peers though. I think that's spot on unless they're secretly implying route reflectors are in play, but question doesn't mention that. Let me know if you see it differently.
Don’t think it’s C. A and D according to what I saw in the official study guide and exam labs.
C/D? If route reflectors count as default BGP, then D fits. Split-horizon rules alone would push to C though.
D , C is the trap since IBGP won't re-advertise to IBGP without RR by default.
C or D? Check Juniper docs and try the practice labs, BGP rules can be tricky.
Probably AB, based on what I saw in the official guide and a practice test. Quick question though: is this asking about default BGP behavior or are we supposed to assume route reflection is configured? That would change which options are correct.
A/B for me. BGP split-horizon stops IBGP-to-IBGP route ads, but EBGP-learned gets passed on to IBGP peers by default. Unless they're sneakily including route reflectors (which they didn't say), pretty sure that's it.
B and D. Had something like this in a mock-went with these since IBGP doesn't propagate to other IBGP peers by default, but the split-horizon rule can get confusing if you're thinking about route reflectors (which aren't part of the default unless specified). Pretty sure about B, less so on D. Anybody disagree?
