Establish system, plan audits, do internal audit, management review, hire cert body, finish corrective actions. Pretty sure that's right?
Establish management system → plan audit programme → internal audits → management review → certification body (stage 1 & 2) → corrective actions. This matches the standard ISMS certification flow per PECB. Pretty sure that's correct, but open to tweaks if someone spots an exception here.
Not sure but I'd put corrective actions right after internal audits, then management review, then engage certification body. Anyone see a flaw?
Plan audit programme, conduct internal audits, engage certification body, management review, corrective actions, establish management system. I think this is the order but not totally sure since management review can sometimes come earlier. The trap here is mixing up certification body and management review.
