organization?

Option D board sets the ethical tone for the whole organization.
My pick: D, seen a similar question on practice exams and board of directors sets the tone at the top for ethics.
Option C Had something like this in a mock, and C was listed as the primary role for ethical oversight.
Its D, board is ultimately responsible here, not C (easy trap for senior mgmt).
D board of directors is always highlighted in the official study guide for this kind of governance question.
Not B, it's D. Board holds ultimate responsibility for the organization's ethical climate, easy to confuse with senior management.
B
I thought the operating management is more hands-on with staff and sees daily operations, so they'd have the biggest impact on the ethical atmosphere. But I'm not totally sure since governance might be involved too. Did anyone else pick B?

C for me. Senior management actually shapes the ethical climate in practice, since they're around daily and can set the tone. D feels like a common test trap option since the board isn't as involved with day-to-day culture. Not 100% sure though.
C/D? Practice exams and the official guide both hit this distinction between board vs senior management.
C/Senior management for me. They handle the organization’s culture and daily ethical behavior, plus they’re actually interacting with teams regularly. Unless I’m missing something subtle about “leading role”, I think C could fit better than D.
