devices are ruggedized and designed to operate in harsh environmental conditions, making them

While indoor monitoring ONTs and pre-connection ODN are useful in other scenarios, they are not
specifically optimized for outdoor safe city deployments. Similarly, small and medium OLTs like the
EA5801 and EA5800-X2 are suitable for smaller-scale networks but are not directly related to the safe
city use case.
