B and D tbh, those are the only two ways you can get assigned to an issue or PR on GitHub.
I saw a similar question in some official practice sets, and B and D matched the answer key.
If the repo is private and you haven't commented, B doesn't always apply, but with the standard rules for public repos, it's B and D.
B and D tbh. You either need write permissions or have already commented to get assigned on GitHub issues/PRs. It's not just about having any kind of account. Pretty sure that's right but let me know if I missed something.

Maybe A and D. My thinking is anyone with an enterprise account probably has higher access, so they should be assignable, plus obviously those with write permissions. Not sure if commenting actually lets you be assigned though. Open to corrections.
