C and A?
Its A and C for me. Registering with GitHub search and adding labels both seem like they'd help people find the repo more easily, especially if they're searching by category or specific keywords. I haven't seen many repos without labels, so I think that's important. Maybe I'm missing something but feels right. Agree?
Not sure A is even a real option since you can't manually register with GitHub search, that's kinda a trick. D is solid, but C is more for issues not the repo itself. B and D.
B and D tbh. README (B) gives context so people understand what your project does, which is pretty much the first step in making it visible. Topics (D) help with GitHub's search and browsing since they act as tags. "Register with search" isn't a real thing and labels are for issues, not repos. Anyone see it differently?
I don't think A is right here, since you can't literally register a repo with GitHub search. B and D make more sense-README helps explain your project, and topics improve how others find it. Labels (C) are just for issues. Pretty sure it's B and D, correct me if I'm missing something.
B/D. Saw this in a similar question on practice tests. README helps visitors get context, and topics boost repo search. Labels are more for issues, not the whole repo. Agree?
Its B and D here. README (B) is key for discovery, and topics (D) help your repo show up in relevant searches. Labels (C) just improve issue/PR sorting, not repo discovery itself. Not 100% but that's what similar exam questions used.
Why not C? I've seen similar questions use "labels" but that's usually only for issues or PRs, not the repo itself.
Option B and D. This matches what I've seen in the official docs and practice tests.
B D imo
