How do you represent your organization when you contact the Genesys Cloud CX support team?

I don’t think it’s D here. "ID" is too generic but Genesys support actually asks for the specific Organization ID to quickly find your account. B looks tempting but company name isn’t enough either. Anyone see a case where just "ID" worked?
B . Company name trips up a lot of folks since it feels logical for support teams. The "ID" options always confuse me because support sometimes asks for different things.
A for sure. Genesys always wants your Organization ID when you open a ticket, not just any ID or your company name. Pretty sure that's their unique way to find your account fast. Correct me if I'm off here.
Wouldn't D be a valid pick if they're just asking for an ID? Seems like a trap with the wording.
Guessing A, I saw something almost identical in a mock test. Pretty sure it's Organization ID they ask for, not the company name or agent info.
Option A Similar question came up in some practice sets and the official guide, they mention Organization ID. Haven't seen them ask for agent name or just 'ID' anywhere.
