Which options can be configured when setting up a queue? (Choose two.)

C or A... From what I remember in the official Genesys guide, utilization and wrap-up codes are both directly configurable under queue settings. The others (like alerting timeout) are usually set elsewhere, not actually inside the main queue config. Would double-check with the admin lab or sandbox if you have access-practice questions can mix this up. Anyone else seen it phrased like this?
Why not B? I thought ACD Skills could be assigned to agents but not directly configured on the queue itself.

A/C? Pretty sure it's those two, but here's the catch: ACD Skills (B) can be linked to queues, but they're set up separately, not in the same queue config screen. Wrap-up Codes and Utilization are both options you toggle right in the queue setup. If anyone's seen a version where B shows up with A or C, let me know.
