Why does Google keep pushing Spanner in every question like this? C is the only one that covers both SQL and transactional consistency with scale. Let me know if you disagree, but I think it's pretty clear.
I don't think it's Spanner here, I'd go with A. Cloud SQL is fully managed and does support SQL with transactions, not sure why it's so often skipped in these scenarios where scale isn't massive beyond 6TB.
Probably C since Spanner is fully managed, supports SQL, and handles big scaling with strong consistency. Pretty sure the others don’t match all those together.
C/Maybe A but C looks closer for scale and consistency. Not totally sure.
C imo. Spanner ticks all those boxes, especially scalability and strong transaction consistency. Not 100 percent sure but fits the requirements best.
