C/D? Not totally sure since D's wording is tricky but C looks closer to FortiOS logic.
Probably A, C, E. Policy routes get checked before SD-WAN rules and SD-WAN rules don’t apply if no member has a valid route or if the main route isn’t through a member. That’s how FortiOS does it, I think.
Nah, not D. Trap option, since SD-WAN rules aren't just skipped for single route. I'd pick A, C, E.
A C E. Official guide plus labs make these routing logic questions way clearer, highly recommend reviewing Fortinet's docs for SD-WAN.
B C, D
I don’t think it’s B. That one trips people up since policy routes actually take precedence over SD-WAN rules by default, so C is correct instead. E might seem less obvious but it matches reports from Fortinet documentation too.
Does the question specify if it's asking for default behavior or what can be configured? If it’s about the default logic, then I might pick B, but if customizations apply, that would totally change my answer.
A/C/E tbh. Numbers of routes don't matter as much as route type and member status in SD-WAN here.
A is wrong, A/C/E. FortiOS runs policy routes first, so C matters, and SD-WAN rules get skipped if no member has a valid route (A) or if the best route isn’t via a member (E). D’s a distractor since having one valid route doesn’t mean rules are skipped. Seen similar logic called out on practice sets. If I’m off, let me know!
Pretty sure it's A, C, E. FortiOS skips SD-WAN rules if no valid member route, and policy routes win over SD-WAN rules. Disagree?
