The customer's primary goal is to improve their Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) by replicating data to a secondary datacenter.

ActiveDR (D) is a continuous asynchronous replication feature designed for disaster recovery. It provides a near-zero RPO (seconds) and a low RTO (minutes) between geographically dispersed datacenters, directly addressing the customer's need for improved SLAs.

ActiveCluster (B) is an active-active synchronous replication solution that provides a zero RPO and a near-zero RTO. For customers with stringent SLAs and datacenters within metro distances (<11ms RTT latency), this is the premier business continuity and disaster recovery solution.

An SE should focus on both ActiveDR and ActiveCluster as the two primary technical solutions to present to the customer, allowing for a discussion to determine which best fits their specific latency, distance, and SLA requirements.

A. FlashRecover: This is the name of the entire data protection software suite, not a specific feature. ActiveDR and ActiveCluster are components within the FlashRecover suite. It is too general.

C. CloudSnap: This feature sends snapshots to cloud object storage (e.g., S3, Azure Blob) for backup and long-term retention. It is not designed for low RPO/RTO disaster recovery to a secondary datacenter.
