In which phase of SAP Activate does the SAP Project Manager set up project governance?

Option B definitely. Prepare phase is where governance gets formally established like org structure and roles are defined. Explore comes later for validation and detailing the solution. Unless I'm missing something from new SAP docs, B should be it.
Why would you go with A here? SAP Activate usually puts formal governance setup in Prepare, not Explore.
I don’t think A is right-B fits better. Set up of project governance per SAP Activate happens in the Prepare phase, not Explore. That's how it showed up on my recent practice set. I'm pretty sure that's correct but happy to hear if anyone disagrees.
B
A is wrong, B. Project governance setup really starts in Prepare phase with the charter, org structure and all that. I think Explore is more about solution validation, not initial governance setup. Pretty sure it's B but open if someone has other docs.
B , seen this in official guide and also practice tests-governance setup is highlighted in Prepare. If you’re unsure, check the SAP Activate methodology doc for phase activities. Open to correction if someone’s got fresher exam info.
Option B but not totally sure since some materials hint at governance tweaks in Explore. Anyone else split on this?
Maybe A here. Had something like this in a mock and it focused on initial governance activities happening during Explore, not just Prepare. Could be mixing up official terminology though, does anyone recall seeing A for this phase?
B for sure. Official SAP Activate guide clearly states governance is set up in Prepare, not Explore. Practice tests reinforce this too, but happy to hear if someone saw different in recent exam updates.
Its B, official SAP guide clarifies this. Practice test covered the same thing.
