Microsoft Fabric deployment pipelines are designed to move item metadata (definitions and structure), not the data itself.

1. Data: The data within semantic models is not copied to the target stage. The semantic model structure is deployed, but it must be refreshed in the target workspace (Workspace1_TEST) to be populated with data.
2. Dataflow Gen1: Dataflow Gen1 (the legacy Power BI dataflow) is not a supported item for deployment pipelines. Only Dataflow Gen2 is supported for deployment.
3. Refresh Policies: Specific item configurations, including scheduled refresh policies for semantic models, are not copied during deployment. These must be manually reconfigured in the target stage.
