During User Enrollment, the Managed Apple ID is added beside the user’s personal Apple ID. iOS keeps the two identities isolated: the personal Apple ID continues to own the original iCloud Drive, while the Managed Apple ID automatically provisions its own iCloud Drive volume for managed apps and data. Both locations are visible in Files (e.g., “iCloud Drive – ”) but they remain sandboxed, satisfying corporate data-separation requirements and leaving personal content untouched.
