B tbh, D is just maintenance not full ongoing support like service agreements cover.
Seen similar questions in some AV official practice tests and the guides always define B as the right contract for full, ongoing support (not just maintenance or warranty). Service agreements are set up any time, even if a different company did the install. Pretty sure this is what they want here, but open to correction if the real exam words it differently.
Would preventive maintenance (D) actually cover all support cases? I think it’s more focused on routine checks, so doesn’t fit as a full contract like B. Pretty sure that trips some people up here.
B , sounds like a service agreement. The warranty options usually depend on who did the install or manufacturer, but service agreement covers any system and ongoing support no matter what. Not totally sure though, can anyone confirm?
