Which of the following is NOT an advantage of test automation?

Option C, Automation doesn’t actually find more defects per test case, it just runs them faster and more often. A lot of people pick D but that’s a common trap here, seen similar in practice sets.
Its C
Pretty sure it's C. Automation doesn't magically find more bugs per test case compared to manual runs, it just allows more runs and consistency. Manual testers might notice extra issues outside the script's scope. Agree?
Honestly, I've seen official practice tests mention D for this so I'm going with option D.
saw pretty similar problem in my exam, on a mock, C is what they want here.
Guessing D this time. I thought freeing up testers for more creative work isn't always a direct automation advantage, since management might still have them run other repetitive stuff anyway. Pretty sure C is the textbook answer but I've seen logic like D argued in some practice tests. Agree?
C
C or D? I went with D since freeing testers from boring tasks seems less like a core automation advantage, but now I'm second guessing myself because C could be a trap. Maybe I'm missing something obvious here.
Maybe C. Saw a similar line in exam dumps, and it seems automation doesn't guarantee more defects get found per run. Not 100 percent but that's what I remember from practice.
For me, C, encountered exactly similar question in my exam and this was the odd one out.
